$319,00
Description
Radioactivity detector RADEX RD1008 is designed for detecting of ionizing radiation and estimating of the ambient dose equivalent values, the ambient equivalent dose rate of photon (gamma- and roentgen-) ionizing radiation and the beta-particles flux density.
This device is used to estimate the radiation level on the ground and in the premises, and to evaluate the radioactivity contamination of products by gamma- and beta-radiation sources.
RADEX RD1008 has the following features:
- simultaneous evaluation of ambient gamma-radiation dose-rate and beta-particles flux density;
- evaluation of the accumulated dose for two users;
- continuous evaluation with result correction;
- quick automatic reset in case of sudden change in dose rate or radiation flux density;
- indication of the received background values on the display;
- indication of excess over the background values of the measured dose-rate value or the particles-flux density value on the display;
- time of measurement decreases as the ambient dose-rate increases;
- increased number of measurements in the cycle, resulting in higher data precision;
- change of alarm threshold for gamma- and beta-radiation;
- estimation of gamma-radiation dose with the registration of measurement time;
- for the alarm, audio or vibration signal can be used;
- calibration coefficient may be modified by the user.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The device estimates the radiation situation according to the value of ambient equivalent dose rate of gamma-radiation N*(10) dose (hereinafter – EDR) taking into account X-radiation, according to the value of beta-radiation flux density and the ambient equivalent-dose of gamma-radiation (hereinafter – the dose).
