We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we currently do not ship to the following countries:

Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Benin, Bolivia, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Equatorial Guinea, Finland, Gabon, Gambia, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guinea, Haiti, Niger, Poland, Ukraine

  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return postage and any customs duties unless the return is due to our error.

Packaging & Insurance

All vintage lenses and photo gear are:

  • Manually tested, cleaned, and packaged
  • Double-boxed with protective padding
  • Shipped with tracking and insurance included

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking: Provided by email when your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for updates.
  • Lost/Damaged packages: Report within 10 days of delivery to [support@rugift.com] with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the item and packaging
      We will review the case and offer a refund or replacement where appropriate.
  • Carrier Delays: Rugift is not responsible for shipping delays due to customs, weather, or carrier strikes.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

  • P.O. Boxes: Accepted (USPS only)
  • APO/FPO Addresses: Shipped via USPS Priority with no international surcharge

 Returns & Shipping-Related Refunds

If your order is damaged or not as described, please contact us at [support@rugift.com] within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original condition
  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the issue was caused by us
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error
